The Reset Summit is dedicated to supporting Black executive leaders in every dimension of their lives—from performance and leadership to personal sustainability and well-being. Through our retreats, we create a platform for ongoing community investment and meaningful impact, while fostering partnerships with organizations and leaders who understand and champion the extraordinary value that Black executive leadership brings to the global community.
Experience four nights of luxury at the Turtle Bay Resort Ritz-Carlton, where all-inclusive accommodations set the stage for renewal and growth. The Reset Summit features catered immersive workshops pairing premium cuisine with cultural enrichment, adventure activities including stand-up paddle-boarding, yoga, surfing, and hiking, and sessions led by globally recognized facilitators specializing in leadership coaching and mental fitness. Every element is designed to restore, inspire, and connect.

We have created an intentional, culturally grounded space where Black Executives can truly exhale—stripping back the armor worn in high-pressure environments and allowing themselves the rare gift of rest. Here, participants rebuild from the inside out through mental fitness and well-being practices, reconnecting with their identity, culture, and values outside of institutional expectations. The Reset Summit helps leaders develop sustainable leadership strategies rooted in presence, clarity, and purpose, while strengthening the psychological resilience needed to navigate racialized stress, isolation, and the invisible load of representation. Most importantly, this experience fosters trusted, values-aligned peer connections with leaders who truly understand the nuances of leading while Black. The Reset Summit exists to support leaders not only in how they perform, but in how they live, lead, and sustain themselves.
